My name is Ken and I am the owner of Music Du Jour.  I have lived in the Portland area for over 20 years.  I have been a professional DJ for over 15 years now and have been a part of all types of events.  Whether you need a DJ for your wedding or are looking for someone to play background music at a corporate function, I have the abilities and know-how to get the job done right and at a reasonable price. 

 My philosophy is to provide you with the best service possible to make the event a perfect one.  I believe that an open line of communication between all of the vendors at an event will help it run as smoothly as possible.  Following this philosophy will help to insure that your day will be perfect.

 I am available for all types of events, including:

• Weddings & Receptions — Weddings & Receptions are the mainstay of almost any DJ.  I will help you personalize your wedding and reception to make it a unique event in your life.  This is your day and I know how important every detail is.  I will do everything I can to make your day perfect in every way.  I will assist you with anything from helping coordinate your ceremony to helping you with your music selection for the event.
• Private Parties — If you have an anniversary, birthday, or just want to have some fun I can help to bring your party alive!  With music, lighting, and a fun attitude your party will be in good hands.
• Class Reunions — Class reunions are a great time for reuniting with old friends and former classmates.  I have an extensive music library that covers over 7 decades of popular music that will help to insure that the music played at the reunion will take you back in time to when you were a student again.
• Corporate Events — From corporate barbecues to holiday parties I can provide the appropriate background music for your event.  If you need an emcee to help liven up the event I can do that as well.  I have done events for many different companies in the Portland/Vancouver area including:  Southwest Airlines, Prologis Property Management, Brasher’s Auto Auction, CB Richard-Ellis, Summit NW, GVA Kidder-Matthews, the Vancouver Police Department, Boly:Welch Staffing Services, the Oregon City Pediatric Clinic, and many more!
